This form should only be handed to patients at the end of their treatment so that they are in a better position to answer and give reasonable feedback, after they have been seen.
Friendly & efficient
I'd like to say a big thank you to Madia Riaz. She sorted my problem very professionally without complaint. I was waiting for my sons CT Scan very long and his medical condition got worse.
Finally everything is fine now. Miss Madia is nice and polite. You are lucky to have her as a receptionist. Thank you so much.

Overall happy with treatment. Just waiting times could be improved
The staff so amazing with the resources they have.
Despite the enormous pressure and demands they are under they remain kind and caring.
From what I can see they are massively under staffed and over worked.
This needs to be addressed from the top down
The problem is not staff & the hospital. Is due to the government not enough funding for more hospitals. When as a British Tax payer paid into the system for 35 years. Waiting in corridors in beds. But we as a country take in every people that have never paid in to the system it’s wrong because we suffer for the governments actions. The government is a laughing stock and a joke. Stuff work hard for peanuts and long hours. The government are putting the hospital under pressure. So they can start making people pay for there care. But we will not get our money back that we paid in to the system. I’ve never known a hospital so busy. Action needs to be taken straight away. Kind regards Wayne Mahoney
